About the Job
As an HR Manager at Succeed Recruitment Solutions, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and execute organizational initiatives, manage employee relations casework, and oversee data protection and health & safety across the organization. You will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent, collaborating with line managers, and staying up-to-date with employment law and legislation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage employee relations, including dispute resolutions, flexible working, and absence management
• Recruit and hire top talent through effective sourcing and interviewing processes
• Collaborate with line managers to advise on policies, procedures, and performance management
• Stay up-to-date with employment law and legislation to ensure compliance and minimize risk

Requirements
• Proven experience in HR management, ideally within a generalist HR role
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
