Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the College's estate and facilities to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize disruption to College activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the College's estate and facilities.
  • Work closely with College staff to ensure that the estate and facilities meet the needs of students and staff.
