Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled International Italian Law Specialist to join our young and ambitious team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of private clients and providing advice on complex Italian citizenship and immigration matters.

You will actively manage and develop client relationships, including daily contact with key clients, preparing legal documents for private individuals across all areas of Italian citizenship and immigration law, and liaising directly with the Italian Authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A law degree (LLB) or higher
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal department providing paralegal support, as well as handling legal operations
  • Proven project management skills to consistently complete projects on time with great attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively create and implement new and scalable processes
  • Experience in seeking ways to improve/enhance processes, find efficiencies, and think outside the box
  • High level of professionalism; ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with appropriate care
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy
  • Proven experience with CRM and CMS, specifically Clio
  • Proficiency with Google Suits products, especially Google Sheets and Google Forms
  • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
  • Previous proven supervisory experience and working with key performance indicators
  • Experience or specialise in Italian law, especially on Italian citizenship matters
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both verbal and written

Location

The role is based in our Camden Office, and we are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work a total of 37 hours per week, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
