About the Role

  • Lead Fire Risk Assessments for various clients in the UK construction industry.
  • Develop and implement fire safety strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Liaise closely with clients, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough Fire Risk Assessments for existing and new-build developments.
  • Develop cost-effective remedial solutions to address identified risks.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing strategic guidance on fire safety measures.

Requirements

">
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in fire engineering.
  • Proven expertise conducting External Wall Risk Assessments.
  • Proficiency completing Type 1-4 FRAs and understanding compartmentation.
  • Hands-on experience with refurbishment and re-cladding projects.
  • Solid knowledge of fire protection systems.
