Regional Account Manager

Mitchell Maguire is a leading specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy. We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, with a proven track record of success in selling access products, storage systems, and fall protection equipment to independent distributors, decorating centers, end users, and buying groups.
This role involves traveling extensively across the UK, visiting clients and promoting new product initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, manage their time effectively, and prioritize their workload efficiently.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 + bonus, as well as a fully expensed car and comprehensive benefits package.
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling access products, storage systems, and fall protection equipment to clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base
- Supporting marketing activity and promoting new product initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in field sales, preferably within the construction industry
- A strong understanding of the construction sector and its key players
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A driven, self-motivated, and ambitious attitude
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 + bonus, as well as a fully expensed car and comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
- Up to £40,000 basic salary
- Up to £7,200 bonus for 100% target attainment
- Up to £14,400 bonus for 150% target attainment
- Fully expensed car
- Comprehensive benefits package
