We are looking for an Engineering Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team at Avove, based in Glasgow. As a key member of our water infrastructure design team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality designs for various projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under supervision and as part of a team environment. You will be responsible for preparing detailed civil design packages, conducting site visits, performing design calculations, producing drawings, and ensuring health and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

\

A full-time permanent role is offered, with opportunities for career development and training. We provide a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays, company vehicle, company pension scheme, life assurance, private GP Helpline & Health Cash Plan, Above Discount Scheme, family-friendly policies, lifestyle benefit options, financial wellbeing programme, and employee assistance program for health and wellbeing and onsite mental health first aiders.
