Spares Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Spares Inventory Manager to join our successful branch team and drive sales growth through effective inventory management.
The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of heating spares products and materials, with a strong commitment to building strong relationships with customers and promoting our inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Analyze data to optimize inventory levels and drive efficiency and profit.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective business planning and strategy.
- New Business Acquisition: Attract and secure new customers and business for the branch through creative marketing initiatives.
As a key member of the branch team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing inventory levels, and analyzing data to drive efficiency and profit. This role offers extensive product knowledge and experience, allowing you to work independently with minimal supervision.
