Job Overview

Screwfix Direct Ltd is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Multi Trade Supervisor. This position involves managing a team on our trade sales counter, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales.

About the Role

This challenging role requires you to represent the team on our trade sales counter, interacting with customers primarily from the plumbing and electrical industries. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their projects and provide guidance on products and services.
  • Run your own business within a business by taking ownership of KPIs including sales, account growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results and contribute to a positive work environment.
