We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the clinical governance and quality of care in our care homes across Norfolk, Peterborough, and Cambridgeshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the performance of each care home to ensure it meets the highest clinical standards.
- Review and analyse clinical governance data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to implement key actions and address any issues that arise.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support the clinical development of staff.
- Conduct clinical investigations and provide expert advice to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. You will have experience working in a care home environment and be a confident clinical mentor. Your leadership skills, analytical mind, and ability to share knowledge and build relationships will enable you to deliver impressive results.
