Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Life Sciences Event Producer to join our team at Front Line Genomics. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality events that showcase the latest developments in genomics and biodata.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of events, including conferences, webinars, and festivals. You will have the chance to build strong relationships with scientists, clinicians, and business leaders, and to contribute to the development of our events strategy.

You will be working closely with our Head of Production to deliver successful events that meet the needs of our audience. This will involve researching and developing event content, securing speakers, and managing the logistics of event delivery.

In addition to your event production skills, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our digital products, including webinar series and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the development of our events strategy and produce high-quality events that meet the needs of our audience.
  2. Research and develop event content, including agendas, outlines, and speaker materials.
  3. Secure world-class speakers and manage their relationships throughout the event planning process.
  4. Work closely with our project team to deliver successful events and ensure that they are financially and socially sustainable.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a bonus scheme based on the profitability of the business, as well as a contributory pension scheme and 25 days' holiday per year.
