Job Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to join our team at DNA Life Sciences. As a key member of our quality management group, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our quality processes.

The ideal candidate will have some experience working within a life science/NHS quality setting and be familiar with UKAS 17025 administration, validation protocols, change control, and policy development.

Responsibilities

  • UKAS 17025 Administration
  • Maintain calibration processes and trackers, handle client calibration details and certificates, create and update UKAS calibration protocols, and manage purchase order requests for calibration partners.
  • Validation IOQ Protocols
  • Maintain IOQ process trackers and protocols, plan and execute test cases, including on-site client visits, and report findings to the Quality Team lead.
  • Change Control Management
  • Draft and update work instructions and change control protocols, review and execute client requests, and collaborate across teams to address client needs.

About You

We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across teams. Training will be provided, but experience in quality processes, regulatory compliance, or client management is advantageous.

Location

This role is based in central London.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
