We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our expanding Procurement team on a permanent basis.
This role will support the management of the supply chain, associated contracts, assurance, and the Group's contract register.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the new supplier setup process
- Maintaining the Group's contract register
- Working across the organisation to promote a strong culture of compliant procurement and effective supply chain management
Requirements:
- Proven experience of working in a similar administrative role, such as procurement or audit
- Proven experience of developing relationships with colleagues
- Experience of producing corporate reports, for financial, procurement and/or compliance
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
Although this role is home-based, you should be able to travel to our Group offices and other locations as needed.
