MEP Senior Planning Manager

Mace is seeking an experienced MEP Senior Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating MEP installation and commissioning activities on high-value data centre projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive MEP installation and commissioning programmes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
- Provide expert advice on MEP installation and commissioning techniques, best practices, and single system commissioning requirements.
- Lead and manage diverse teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Advanced user of Asta and experience with other planning software such as MS Project and P6.
- Proven track record of delivering complex MEP projects in the technology or manufacturing sector.
- Detailed knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and commissioning principles, including installation techniques and best practices.
- Commercial and financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and resources.
- Leadership and management experience, with a focus on team development and collaboration.
