We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Site Manager to join our team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our radical journey, working in a rapidly evolving programme of whole system change. You will have the autonomy to make managerial decisions, working closely with other members of the senior on-call team.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to lower-banded staff in medicines management, ensuring compliance with NMC standards and Trust policies.
- Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary meetings, including referral, review, business, and handover.
- Conduct specialist assessments for service users, including risk assessments, in the service user environment.
- Develop and implement high standards of care delivery, ensuring the service is needs-led, compliant with national guidance, and viewed positively by service users.
- Registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with Part 3 ENB 998 or equivalent.
- Postgraduate qualification in community mental health nursing or extensive experience in the field.
- Mentorship preparation and a high standard of education.
- Good written and spoken English, with the ability to deliver from a range of key therapeutic interventions.
- Non-medical prescribing qualification or willingness to undertake this.
- Proven experience of working in a health or social care setting, as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience of managing the care of service users with complex needs and dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work with service users with mental health conditions and demonstrate an understanding of recovery principles.
- TASI or equivalent training.
