We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our clients finance treasury team based in Bracknell. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for finance and strong analytical skills, looking to develop a career in treasury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on daily cash positions to ensure accurate cash balances.
  • Assist with forecasting short- and long-term cash flow requirements to inform business decisions.
  • Process payments and transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare treasury-related reports to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current treasury processes and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline work-flows and improve financial reporting.
  • Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits related to treasury functions.
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities, with a logical and structured approach to analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
