Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Prototyper/Pre Production Fabricator to join our team at TSP Ltd in Leicester. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for working on temporary and permanent displays projects/structures, utilizing a range of equipment including circular saws, CNCs, Lasers, and Grovers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various machinery and equipment to fabricate and assemble display structures and projects.
  • Work with AutoCAD drawings to create and modify designs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met in all aspects of work.
  • Adhere to all relevant procedures and protocols.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fabrication and joinery, with a strong understanding of production build techniques.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good understanding of quality control procedures.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Overtime may be available.
