We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at SeAH Wind. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management systems and procedures that adhere to best practices in offshore wind.
- Coordinate with all business departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain close communication with customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address project risks and issues.
- Provide high-level reporting and regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the offshore wind industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective project management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
