Office Management Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Crowd Creative in Norwich. This is a varied role that requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support all levels of the team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of numbers and knowledge of the architecture or construction industry (desirable but not essential). They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining stock levels of office and kitchen supplies
- Assisting project administration
- Manage front of house duties
- Organising company events
- Supporting studio leadership and technical teams with administrative tasks
- Support with onboarding new employees, inductions and Health & Safety information.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in an office-based role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum
