You will contribute to achieving key performance indicators, enhancing community life, and positively influencing resident engagement and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Pioneering a Spectacular Build to Rent Scheme as Part of Our Team
  2. Deliver Exceptional Service while Ensuring Operational Efficiency
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record in Property Administration within BTR or PBSA Environments
  • Adept in Administrative Tasks within Client-Facing Service Industries
  • Demonstrated Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Financial Operations, Including Credit and Cost Control
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills with a Proactive Approach to Facilities Management and Health & Safety Adherence
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Thriving in a Team-Oriented Atmosphere
