About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand & Project Specialist to join our Finance Transformation team at Vodafone UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of significant programmes of change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the PMO & Demand Manager in the running of the Finance Demand Process, understanding Finance impacting business change and facilitating the impact assessment of these changes across the broader Finance community.
  • Manage newly incepted projects, either before hand-off to a Finance Change Manager or through the continuous management of small-scale projects.
  • Evolve Finance Portfolio Support processes and tooling, enabling better control, quality, and insight.
  • Support the end-to-end Finance Demand Management process, working with all areas of Finance to understand impacts and ensure the appropriate resources are assigned.
  • Provide support with Finance Portfolio Management & Transformation governance processes, tools, document templates, and controls to ensure consistent Programme and Project delivery.
  • Identify and drive forward opportunities for PMO & Demand process improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven background in business administration, ideally with a sound understanding of project, change, and/or demand management processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with an aptitude for quickly building relationships both within the immediate team and throughout Vodafone.
  • Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
