Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at Trusted Supply, a leading recruitment agency within the construction and commercial fit-out sectors. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting high-quality candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking events, to identify potential candidates for our clients.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles within the commercial fit-out sector.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our internal candidate database, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Client Liaison: Collaborate with our Directors to understand client requirements and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and job market developments within the commercial fit-out sector.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a high level of service and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Compliance: Ensure all candidate documentation is compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including right-to-work checks and reference verification.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports on recruitment activity, candidate pipeline, and other KPIs as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role, ideally within the construction or commercial fit-out sectors, is preferred but not essential.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing and a passion for recruitment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
