Role Overview:

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will conduct specialized assessments, clinical evaluations, and interventions aimed at helping individuals maintain optimal muscle function, prevent deterioration, and regain mobility whenever feasible.

You will collaborate with a broader Clinical Team to develop personalized care and rehabilitation plans that enhance individuals' abilities, support them in achieving their physiotherapy objectives, and assess their progress.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a clinical caseload
  • Working closely with residents, their families, and other professionals to create and implement tailored physiotherapy interventions
  • Collaborating with the Therapy Team (Occupational Therapist, Therapy Assistant, and Activities Coordinators)
  • Conducting assessments
  • Maintaining precise records for individuals receiving physiotherapy
  • Promoting choice, dignity, and independence.

To qualify for this position, you must possess a BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
