Role Overview:As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will conduct specialized assessments, clinical evaluations, and interventions aimed at helping individuals maintain optimal muscle function, prevent deterioration, and regain mobility when feasible.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a clinical caseload
- Collaborating with residents, their families, and other professionals to create and implement personalized physiotherapy interventions
- Working closely with the Therapy Team, including Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants
- Conducting assessments and maintaining accurate records for those receiving physiotherapy
- Promoting choice, dignity, and independence among residents
