Senior Unreal Developer Position Overview

At FourPointZero Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Unreal Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile projects across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Unreal Engine, typically 5+ years in senior roles, and proficiency in Blueprint and C++.

You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining bespoke interactive applications, developing solutions for interactive, experiential projects, coordinating with external teams and freelancers, staying current with the latest digital and real-time standards, contributing to improving our workflow and production tools, and collaborating across teams to deliver successful projects.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including unlimited holiday, secondments between London and New York studios, medicash health scheme, company pension scheme, weekly masterclasses, cyclescheme, medical insurance, life and AD&D insurance, access to FSA, HSA, and pre-tax commuter benefits, and extensive training and development opportunities.

* Knowledge of code versioning systems (e.g., Perforce, Git)
* Problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn
* Ability to adapt to new technical environments
* Experience leading complex projects and coordinating teams
