Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Care Support Worker to join our team at UKCIL Ltd. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to a teenage girl with Down syndrome and complex special needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a DBS check. A full UK driving license and access to a reliable personal car are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to enhance the individual's quality of life
- Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment through domestic care duties
- Prepare nutritious meals that cater to the individual's dietary needs
- Engage in social and leisure activities that promote independence and happiness
- Safeguarding Adults/Children training to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Autism/Asperger's Awareness training to better understand and support the individual's needs
Flexible hours throughout the week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance
Pay: £14.30 per hour, competitive salary for a rewarding role
