Project Controls Manager - Turner & Townsend Group

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our Natural Resources & New Energies team. As a key member of our Controls & Performance team, you will be responsible for delivering effective project controls services to our clients across diverse and complex programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-discipline teams of project controls professionals to deliver consistent and value-adding project controls services.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project controls processes to create efficiency and increase benefits to our clients.
  • Define and implement project controls approaches across the project, programme, and portfolio levels.
  • Develop and implement effective governance and assurance processes around project controls products.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Project Team to establish a robust Performance Measurement Baseline and manage the change control process.
  • Work with Project and Commercial Management to establish Supplier Project Controls contract requirements and integrate and analyse supplier performance data.
  • Ensure scope, cost, risk, and schedule integration and alignment, and analyse performance data to provide delivery insight and facilitate delivery decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience in applying several Project Controls disciplines in multiple projects.
  • Practical experience of integrating Project Controls disciplines and assessing team maturity.
  • Experience in using Project Controls software, such as Primavera P6 or Active Risk Manager.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
