About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join our Public Sector team. As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will lead multiple audit engagements, overseeing and developing junior staff. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of stakeholder relationships at audited entities and will work with senior level staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple audit engagements from planning through to completion.
  • Oversee and develop junior staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at audited entities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work with senior level staff to deliver high-quality audit services.
Requirements
  • ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Experience of leading external audits from planning through to completion.
  • Relevant public services sector audit experience.
  • Experience of managing, training and coaching audit trainees.
