About the Role

Audit Scotland is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Graduate Trainee Auditor programme. As a Graduate Trainee Auditor, you will play a key role in supporting our audit teams and contributing to the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support audit teams in the planning, execution, and reporting of audits
  • Contribute to the development of audit plans and strategies
  • Assist in the review and analysis of financial information and data
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Achieved or be on track to achieve an honours degree or above in any subject
  • A minimum of National 5 Grade C or GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in both Maths and English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently using initiative
