Job Overview:

The Emergency Services Communications Coordinator will support the delivery of the Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme (ESMCP) at Peregrine. This project is one of the biggest and most complex projects within the Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP), aiming to roll out a modern, secure, and reliable mission-critical communications platform for over 300k emergency services users by 2030.

You will assist the Requirements Lead in achieving programme objectives, monitor user requirements, manage and update the requirements management database, and design and run data queries through the Requirements Management system. Additionally, you will identify and resolve data integrity issues, upload supplier inputs, and perform quality checks before and after upload.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have the opportunity to work with diverse teams and communicate with suppliers and users in a non-technical manner.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
