Job Title: Multidisciplinary Engineering Manager

A leading food manufacturing company in Telford is seeking an experienced Multidisciplinary Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and meet the company's high standards. This role involves both hands-on engineering work and leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate must have a recognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship and experience of managing an on-site team within the FMCG environment. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, are also essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, Monday to Friday days, with a generous benefits package. The company operates from a state-of-the-art facility in Telford, providing an excellent working environment for employees.
