- Main Tasks:
- PFOA/PFOS Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report PFOA/PFOS data from across North America to internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
- Audit and Inspection Management: Conduct regular audits of EHS processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for compliance.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and implement environmental training programs to promote employee understanding of environmental compliance and best practices.
- Incident Response: Analyze and respond to environmental incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives that reduce environmental impacts and improve regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in environmental compliance and sustainability within automotive manufacturing.
- Qualifications: Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards. Proven track record of improving environmental performance and reducing regulatory risks.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field. CHMM certification. Experience with environmental management software or databases.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: Estimated annual salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 based on industry standards and location.
