  • Liaise with external agencies to enhance customer confidence, health, and wellbeing, and promote opportunities for education and employment.
  • Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and compassion.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality records of customer interactions and progress.
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer-centered care.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets.
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards is essential.
