We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) to work in partnership with our educator team to ensure the successful running of our nursery.

As an Early Years Educator at Storal, you will have the opportunity to work in a walled garden and converted farmhouse setting, loved by the community of Basingstoke.

About the role:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework to encourage a love of learning in our children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with the team to create a collaborative and supportive working environment.

About you:

  • You will have a Level 3 or above qualification within early years and a minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or with children under the age of 5.
  • You will have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and reflect the Storal values around responsibility, openness, and working together.

What we offer:

  • A competitive salary of £24,440 - £28,142.40 FTE, based on experience and qualifications, plus a £1,000 welcome bonus (pro-rata for part-time hours).
  • Annual wellness day off, company sick pay, 50% childcare discount, and access to retail and other discounts through Perkbox.
  • Holidays increasing to 22 days after 2 years service and 25 days after 5 years service (pro-rata), performance-related bonuses, and dedicated learning and development support.
  • Access to one-to-one confidential counselling sessions through our Employee Assistance Programme.
