As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction for all parties involved.

Responsibilities:
  • Document Review: Review and prepare legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial information related to property transactions, including invoices and statements.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients regarding the progress of their transactions.

A competitive salary of £27,500 - £30,500 per annum is available, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 35 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus a bonus day off for your birthday. We also offer award-winning training and development programs to support your career growth.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in conveyancing or a related field is essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
