Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join our team at VINCI Facilities. As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining various client sites across Derby and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake building fabric and plumbing maintenance works, including PPM servicing and reactive breakdown repairs.
  • Perform tasks such as door furniture maintenance, fire door maintenance, ceiling and floor tile replacement, and minor plumbing repairs.
  • Support with basic electrical and HVAC services, including emergency lighting, lamp/ballast changes, and AC filter replacements.

Requirements

  • Proven maintenance experience in commercial environments.
  • Multi-skilled across building services, including fabric, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Proactive and willing attitude towards work.
  • Experience of using a handheld device (PDA).
  • UK Driver's License (no more than 6 points).
