Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join our team at VINCI Facilities. As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining various client sites across Derby and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake building fabric and plumbing maintenance works, including PPM servicing and reactive breakdown repairs.
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs, such as sink flow checks, tap replacements, and toilet maintenance.
  • Support with basic electrical services, including emergency lighting and lamp/ballast changes.
  • Assist with HVAC services, including AC filter changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven maintenance experience in commercial environments.
  • Multi-skilled across building services, including fabric, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Proactive and willing attitude towards work.
  • Experience of using a handheld device (PDA).
  • UK Driver's License (no more than 6 points).
