Year 1 Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 1 Teacher to join our team at a Good primary school in Enfield, North London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with excellent facilities and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge Year 1 students
  • Plan and organise schemes of work in line with the school's curriculum and national standards
  • Assess and evaluate student progress using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies
  • Provide regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues on student progress
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences

Requirements:

  • QTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
  • Creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful, and adaptable practitioner
  • Passionate about learning
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of success within a Year 1 environment
  • Able to communicate your passion to children and parents
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom
