About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Assistant to join our team at West End Dental Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming service to patients, both in person and over the phone.
  • Offer information and support to patients regarding their treatment plans, appointments, and financial options.
  • Manage patient records and scheduling with attention to detail.
  • Support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care by ensuring efficient communication and coordination of services.
  • Participate in training programs to develop your skills and grow within the group.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage challenges and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience, with the ability to handle pressure and remain calm and professional in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Team player, with a willingness to support colleagues in achieving the shared goal of delivering the best possible patient care.
  • Multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently.
  • Competence with IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • GCSEs, including a minimum of grade C in English and Maths.
  • A full UK driving licence, with flexibility to provide cover across different practice locations if needed.
