About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our friendly and award-winning team as a Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff, providing professional and high-quality customer service.

Your focus will be on offering exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries, and providing administrative support to the General Manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.

About You

To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be confident in using computers, and have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.

You will also have previous exposure to problem-solving and client complaints, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
