About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Beauty and Skincare Sales Lead to join our team as a Senior Skincare Advisor - Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.

As a Senior Skincare Advisor - Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Inspiring and motivating your team to achieve sales targets through coaching and feedback.
  2. Delivering sales targets by creating business plans and driving in-store promotions.
  3. Representing the No7 Beauty Company brand with integrity and passion.
  4. Leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and review individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Creating and implementing business plans to drive sales growth.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Monitoring and reviewing team performance to identify areas for improvement.
