Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily servicing of the Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure, including breakdown maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Maintain familiarity with mechanical & electrical applications as per contract requirements.
  • Adhere to Safe Systems of Work and ensure their proper application under the terms of the contract.
  • Respond to reactive calls promptly and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) within the designated time frames.
  • Assist clients with ad-hoc tasks and maintain a thorough understanding of all plant and systems.
  • Manage shift coverage from 8 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 8 am, ensuring awareness of all emergency isolations within the building.
Requirements
  • Recognised apprenticeship in a relevant field.
  • City & Guilds Level 2 minimum / NVQ Level 3 minimum.
  • At least 5 years of engineering experience in the service industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management.
  • Proficient knowledge of control systems and HVAC systems.
  • L8 Water Treatment Management certification.
  • IOSH Working Safely as a minimum requirement.
