We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Applications Manager to join our growing team at Willcox Matthews Ltd. As a key member of our sales and technical support team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth through new opportunities.

A Day in the Life:

As a Technical Applications Manager, you will be an ambassador for our company, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your day will start with a team huddle to discuss challenges and set goals, followed by a busy schedule of meetings, product demonstrations, and customer visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Travel extensively across the country to meet with customers and partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new business development and sales
  • Strong technical knowledge of adhesives and related products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
