Main Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to students with learning difficulties or SEN.
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation of educational materials.
- Experience working with children or young people, particularly in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with special needs.
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
