Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a talented Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at High Profile Resourcing Ltd. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects and programmes of work within the consultancy, particularly in design.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform technical design and analysis for new and existing steel and concrete structures using appropriate software and guidelines.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to lead project delivery.
* Lead quality, sustainability, and safety initiatives throughout the design and asset lifecycle.
* Prepare project briefs, scopes of work, and bid proposals.
* Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones and schedules.

Requirements:

* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Minimum 2+ years post graduate experience.
* Knowledge of structural engineering codes (Eurocodes, BSI, etc.).
* Extensive experience in reinforced concrete (RC) design, including water and soil retaining structures and foundations.
* Experience in the water/utilities sector is an advantage.
* Proficiency in computational analysis techniques and software; knowledge of BIM is a plus.
* Knowledge of construction techniques.
* Experience in project and business management, including resource planning and fee estimation.
* Understanding of cost and contract management is an advantage.
* Client-facing with strong relationship-building skills.
