About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Print Finishing Specialist to join our team at MTrec Ltd Technical. As a Print Finishing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of printed materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a guillotine to finish prints to a high standard.
  • Set up and operate machinery to fold prints and perform manual folding tasks.
  • Use stitching and binding equipment to produce high-quality finished products.
  • Prepare and pack boxes for delivery, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage bespoke customer orders, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Complete paperwork and ensure all stages of production are met.
  • Contribute to general housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced commercial printing environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Confidence and ability to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Focused on delivering high-quality results and meeting targets.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
