Job Title: Aesthetic Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Expert to join our team at SMC Design in London.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing BIM and Revit support, working under the guidance of the BIM Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical upskilling and mentoring of the team
  • Ensuring team optimisation for working in Revit
  • Overseeing associated technologies and workflows
  • Delivery of coordinated models
  • Production of data to facilitate consistent, high-quality project deliverables

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Revit expertise
  • Extensive detailed knowledge and understanding of other relevant software and platforms; Dynamo, Navisworks, CDE's, Enscape
  • Previous working experience in a similar role, ideally within a Level 2 BIM-accredited practice
  • Degree in Architecture/ID or Architectural Technology preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of UK BIM standards
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit, content creation skills including adaptive and parametric components
  • Experience working across various architectural and/or interior design projects at different RIBA stages within a BIM project environment
  • Good communicator and listening skills
  • Trouble-shooter, methodical
  • Multi-tasking and problem solving
  • Enthusiastic and self-initiated
