BIM Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team at Architecture Social. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing BIM activities and Revit support across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with our BIM and Design Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects in accordance with our BIM and Design Strategy, ensuring consistency in project standards between different teams and models.
  • Assist project teams in Revit, coordinating efforts across our London and Hong Kong offices, and guarantee the quality and accuracy of BIM models and data.
  • Lead the ongoing implementation and development of BIM standards and procedures, providing technical support for BIM-enabling software applications.
  • Mentor teams on design systems and best BIM practices, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator within an architecture practice, with a minimum of 5 years using Revit on design/construction projects.
  • Extensive experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, and Enscape, as well as knowledge of UK BIM standards (BS1192, PAS1192, ISO 19650).
  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction, or BIM-specific further education, with knowledge of Dynamo for Revit and AutoCAD a plus.
