Grounds Maintenance Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Glendale. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of programmed maintenance on a range of sites for Aster Housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting to the Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management of a team of grounds maintenance operatives.
  2. Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
  3. Developing and implementing effective maintenance plans to ensure high-quality results.
