About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious park in Hampton, Greater London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and maintaining the beauty and integrity of this historic park.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of grounds maintenance staff to deliver high-specification service delivery.
  2. Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure the park's grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  4. Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
  5. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation in grounds maintenance practices.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, Supervisor or equivalent.
  2. Full clean UK Driving License and IT literacy is essential.
  3. NVQ Horticulture Level 2/3 or equivalent experience would be desirable but not mandatory.
