Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team as a Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, accessible, and inclusive psychological services to individuals experiencing homelessness and substance use issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trauma-informed practice within the team and wider services through consultation, clinical supervision, case management, training, reflective practice, and research.
  • Provide evidence-based psychological and psychosocial interventions to address the complexity of issues faced by this population.
  • Collaborate with the Psychology Directorate to promote peer supervision and CPD opportunities.
  • Receive regular clinical supervision from the National Psychology Lead.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
  • Experience in delivering psychological services to vulnerable populations.
  • Strong leadership and consultation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
